Billing
CloudPirates uses Billing Profiles to manage payments and invoices. A workspace needs one assigned before it can use paid features.
Overview
A Billing Profile holds your billing information: name, address, and tax details. Only its owner can access it, and one profile can cover several workspaces at once for consolidated billing.
Manage your Billing Profiles at portal.cloudpirates.io/billing.
Getting Started
- Create a Billing Profile. Add your billing information at portal.cloudpirates.io/billing.
- Assign it to a workspace. Link the profile to a workspace to enable paid features there.
- Track your invoices. View, download, and pay invoices as they come in.
Payment Methods
All payments currently go through wire transfer (Überweisung). Additional payment methods are coming soon (PayPal, Credit Card, Direct Debit (SEPA)).
