Billing

CloudPirates uses Billing Profiles to manage payments and invoices. A workspace needs one assigned before it can use paid features.

Overview

A Billing Profile holds your billing information: name, address, and tax details. Only its owner can access it, and one profile can cover several workspaces at once for consolidated billing.

Manage your Billing Profiles at portal.cloudpirates.io/billing.

Getting Started

1. Create a Billing Profile. Add your billing information at portal.cloudpirates.io/billing.
2. Assign it to a workspace. Link the profile to a workspace to enable paid features there.
3. Track your invoices. View, download, and pay invoices as they come in.

Payment Methods

Payments go through wire transfer (Überweisung).
